Will the AEI budget be able to absorb all these schmucks, or will the poli sci faculties at Liberty and Pepperdine have to make room?

JDM: Well, Scooter Libby is still at the Hudson Institute, so I guess those who can't glom a job at Liberty, Pepperdine or Patrick Henry college will have to go begging at Fox or the Heritage Foundation. GMB

If anything, this action will be a step in the process of determining if we are, indeed, a nation of laws, or just an oligarchy disguised as one.

DCap: It's not going to DC, the complaints are going to the state bars. Some of them are more effective than others. Just saying.
Spartacus: Well, the state bar associations will make the call. Yes, they have rules (like the rules of Professional Conduct), but it's not the same as, say, filing a complaint in court. I'm hoping for the best. One reason? Lawyers as a whole don't like getting flack because a non-practicing lawyer has violated clear law. That is, someone may realize that for goodwill purposes the bar should do the right thing. We shall see. GMB
