Ex-NY police chief Kerik guilty. If the case went to trial, Kerik could have faced up to 61 years in prison. Under the plea, the prosecution suggested he be sentenced to between 27 and 33 months in jail. He also has to pay restitution. More important, I don't think he's going to find a world of offers waiting for him when he's released. He rose higher than he ever should have, and those days are over. It's his own damn fault. Justice will be served.
It's good to remember that Kerik was a principal in Giuliani Associates or whatever that scam was.

bowtiejack: I'm sure the Giuliani Associates website has scrubbed all references to Kerik months ago. GMB

As soon as he's out Kerik will find a job as a pundit on the wingnut welfare circuit. Coming soon to World Net Daily and Fox News...

The corporate media are undercovering the fact that he is a Giuliani crony.

Sam Holloway: Maybe. I really think that Bernie has nowhere to go but down. Why? Because Fox loves Rudy and Rudy doesn't want to be anywhere near the stink that is Kerik. Bernie's fucked.
libhomo: Of course. After all, he's America's Mayor. And now I throw up in my mouth. GMB
