That evil old bastard is still alive, but the dynasty is dying out:

News Corp shareholders step up bid to oust James Murdoch. Poor James, this comes after the announcement earlier today that he was resigning as chairman of News International and escaping to New York. Of course, curious minds want to know when he's finally going to be arrested. Yeah, it could happen. Thing is, he's a U.S. citizen. Gee, I wonder if Obama will agree to hand over Murdoch for Julian Assange. Because I think this administration is venal enough to consider it.
