NYC throws Anthony Bologna under the bus. Long and short, according to the Wall Street Journal (don't click or Rupert fucking Murdoch gets another shiny penny) "New York City has distanced itself from a high-ranking police official accused of firing pepper spray at Occupy Wall Street protesters, taking the unusual step of declining to defend him in a civil lawsuit over the incident." This is excellent news. I mean, if the city won't discpline these rogue cops (or are they rogue?), then the next best way to ensure that thug cops will stop violating our constitutional rights is if they think they will suffer for their criminal acts. Knowing that Tony Baloney might have to piss through every goddamn cent he has squirreled away might finally make these mooks show the kind of respect to their fellow citizens that we are due. Personally, I hope the civil suits destroy that bastard and he spends the rest of his miserable fucking life in a gutter. Sociopaths cannot be rehabilitated, so the best we can hope for is that he serves as an example of what not to do.
Thanks for JDM for the link.
Bastard fuck is lucky to have a union - they're paying his bills now, although I doubt they'll indemnify him. Don't think he's gonna be a popular kkkop now and the others may start thinking "Maybe i should stop administering at least some of the obviously illegal beatings..." Pricks - just like the 60s.

Hmm, my theory is already being proved over optimistic.
Fucking pricks.

That's what I am hoping, JDM. I would have preferred that he was fired and stripped of his pension, but I'll take him spending every fucking penny to defend himself and, eventually, pay those poor young women he brutalized. This should send a chill up every sociopathic cop in the force.
I hope he sues, Max, and has good pics of the fucking abusive cops and puts them out for all to see. After a while, the city is going to find it harder and harder to deal with the settlements. I read that the city paid $1 billion over ten years to settle all the bad cop abuses.
And JDM, you aren't wrong. The pics of the bad cops need to be posted so everyone knows who to avoid and who needs to be the subject of an investigation. Get rid of the really filthy ones and, one hopes, the rest might mind their ps and qs. GMB
