NYPD Arrests Veterans Reading the Names of Afghan War Dead. The post relies on the tweets and livestreaming of the people who were there to record the protest. The "regular" media? Apparently too busy uncovering dirt on the Kardashian sisters or whatever.
This police state business is out of control. Looks like all the homeland security money was spent protecting the "homeland" from Americans themselves.

Lisa: I think it comes to an end when the real crisis of climate control becomes so obvious that even the whores in DC have to divert funds to address it. That said, no doubt the money will be spent on building bigger fences to keep the hungry and thirsty at bay. Hate 'em all. GMB

I must add that in Greece and Spain the people are loudly announcing that the police behavior is out of control, and it's from the left and right. They have started to call the cops "Merkel's pigs" in Greece. These are good signs. It's about time the people realize that hte cops work for the rich, and not them. GMB
P.S. That said, I grant that there are some exceptions like, I hope, your brother.
